We’re actively working on these projects:
Our region has many coastal forms ranging through mangrove mudflats to sandy beaches.
An emerging problem is the Adelaide Metro coast sand pumping pipeline and the damage caused by sand mining on our local beaches
A biodiversity link across the top of Le Fevre peninsula
The group has long advocated for a green corridor across the top of the peninsula. Active lobbying has resulted in a link with sympathetically green features being embedded in the development plan.
We now need to ensure this happens – we’re on our way
Active greening in the urban Environment
Modern and even some older suburbs are devoid of green areas. Global warming will ensure that these areas become hotspots.
We have been advocating for better environmental conditions for many years. We are are members of on the Adelaide Brighton Cement Community Liaison Group and the Victoria Road Air Quality Study Community Panel
