The Port Adelaide Resident’s Environment Protection Group (PAREPG) have wide ranging concerns relating to not only the natural but also the environment in which people live.

We are surrounded by sandy beaches, estuaries and mangrove forests backed by samphire tidal plains.

Many of us live close to polluting industries and heavily trafficked arterial routes. Urban redevelopment although slow in coming to Port Adelaide brings it’s own problems.

This site replaces a previous site which was hit by an online attack so the breadth of our interests and history is not truly represented. That will take some time.

The group meets bimonthly, – currently at the Port Environment Centre
